- Use Buswell equation to estimate amount of each gas (CH4, H2S, N2, CO2, O2) produced
- DOE on current digester and also on new digester
- Material of Construction should be inexpensive and easy to obtain
- Operational procedure should be simplified
- Maintenance required should be as minimal as possible
- Total production cost should be relatively cheap
- Overall height of digester should be within 2m

1. Set FYP Target
- Set basis at 100-200 people per community (8 people per family)
- Obtain as much H2S removal and byproducts as possible
- Increase fermentation speed
- Optimize energy recovery
- Increase methane output
2. Read and understand related digesters/patents
3. Reading up on handout of Digestive and Wetland System
4. Start getting ready to design Digester
- Understand and improve previous design
